A for Noochie is based in the UK and orders are shipped with Royal Mail. Estimated shipping times: 

Don’t forget to add the dispatch time of 1-3 days

  • UK first class : 1 working day
  • UK second class : 1-3 working days
  • Europe : 3-5 working days
  • Rest of the world : 6-7 working days

Can I track my order?

All standard shipping is untracked at present time. For international orders there is a tracked option at the checkout.

Are hair accessories safe for small children and pets?

Please note that hair accessories are not toys, they contain small parts and may present a choking hazard to babies/small children and pets. They are not intended for unsupervised babies/children or pets. Never leave a baby/child or a pet unattended with these products.
There is a safety warning under every product description and on the packaging cards. Everyone should be aware of the potential danger of children and pets putting inedible objects into their mouths.

Are the clips handmade?

Yes, all A for Noochie clips are handmade by myself. Ribbon bows are hand-tied, fabric clips are hand made and clips with appliques are hand assembled. Appliques are not handmade.

Returns & exchanges

I accept returns

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
