A for Noochie is based in the UK and orders are shipped with Royal Mail. Estimated shipping times:

• Rest of the world : 6-7 working days

All standard shipping is untracked at present time. For international orders there is a tracked option at the checkout.

Yes, all A for Noochie clips are handmade by myself. Ribbon bows are hand-tied, fabric clips are hand made and clips with appliques are hand assembled. Appliques are not handmade.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
